Issue: December 24, 2009
Dear Readers,
In this holiday season, with its deeper lessons all but lost beneath artificial illumination, SN&R decided to cast a light on the genuine rather than the synthetic. Photographer Noel Neuburger and writer Jeffrey Ewing sought out 10 local individuals who have been working over the long (long!) years to make our community a better place to live. Their motto: The secret to keeping going is not stopping.
Happy Holidays!
