If you’ve seen stickers with the above slogan plastered about town, you know the answer. Sacramento doesn’t have one, but the Sacramento Skatepark Advocates are working to change that. To raise awareness of their ongoing efforts to provide skateboarders and rollerbladers with some curvy concrete to call their own, the SSA offers a free Skatepark Awareness Concert at Cesar Chavez Plaza this Saturday. From noon until 8 p.m., get down to the bad sounds of Filibuster, Billy Lane, Riff Raff, Mad Planet, Reason, Storytellers, Contents Under Pressure, Fooders and Addict Merchants. Local DJs Slim n’ Tofu will MC the party and give away free merch to keep you hanging out.
