Tech N9ne has issued an ungodly number of albums, nearly all of them on his Strange Music label and punctuated with telltale “Tech N-iiii-ne!” and “Cha!” shout-outs. His cult following is large, sort of like Insane Clown Posse’s Juggalo Army, except that Tech N9ne is actually good. Ignore the face paint and brohawk and listen to the rap—can your favorite rapper speed-rap like that? Probably not. Tech visits Sacramento about once a year, and this time it’s in support of his hit album All 6’s and 7’s.
