Wed, Dec 12th, The Peace Killers

Forming on a whim, writing songs and performing at the Blue Lamp all in the span of less than a month is a feat that could only be achieved by the longtime Sacramento musicians in the Peace Killers. Consisting of members from the Walking Dead and Killdevil, this three-piece named its new project after the 1971 exploitation film of the same title. After a handful of practices, the guys developed a sound with plenty of blues elements, soul and, of course, rock 'n' roll.
