Victor San Pedro's got the look and—even at his young age—the style. He's been studying guitar for about a decade and was playing classical piano at the age of 4. Be glad that he chose jazz over blues, because the world needs more young jazz musicians. He's received a number of awards, including placing fourth as Outstanding Soloist at the 2013 Next Generation Jazz Festival (part of the Monterey Jazz Festival). The Rio Americano High School alum received similar accolades from the Charles Mingus High School Competition and Festival and Essentially Ellington High School Jazz Band Competition & Festival in New York.
