Like accordions? Sure you do: Everyone loves a good squeeze. Monday night finds the Monsters of Accordion in Midtown, lead by the gypsy hero himself, Jason Webley. Founder of the Monsters of Accordion tour, Webley has traveled far and wide to uncover the best accordion players around the world. (The dude even has a booze jug filled with hard currency from every country he’s ever set foot in.) Joining him is Stevhen Iancu from Japan, Geoff Berner from Canada and Eric Stern from Portland. Musical styles vary from polka to klezmer, so just go with the sway, because whether you’re boozing or not, you will probably soaking wet by the end of the show.
