True Life Stories: Love Is (Or Is Not)

Director Frank Condon’s project involves autobiography, as five performers present scenes from their lives, organized as a script. Love and desire are the theme, from giddy first meetings to dark, abusive episodes. Though “on book,” the persuasive honesty of the diverse cast makes this an absorbing hourlong experience.
