Three women, sexy talk

Gaelika Brown brings her original play Sex Talk to Harlow’s this Friday as a preview for the Reminisce ’90s Hip-Hop and R&B Party. It’s a show that promises to be both honest and sexy. Sex Talk is, in fact, just that: Three female monologists (Brown, Lalee Colón and Lindsay Grimes) talk about sex, romance, relationships, dating and STDs as they weave together a story about what it’s like to be a woman in—and out—of love. Brown is a graduate of Texas Southern University, where Sex Talk premiered in 2005. Singer Jessica Jolia will open the program (hosted by “Big Al” of KSFM 102.5), and there will be dancing to ’90s hip-hop and R&B after the play. Friday, April 1, 7:30 p.m.; over 21 only; $15.
