Director Ed Claudio stages Shakespeare’s tale of shipwreck, love and forgiveness on “Trash Island,” which is cluttered with discarded plastic bottles and other detritus carried by the waves. Tygar Hicks—Claudio’s protege and onetime B Street Theatre intern, now a professional actress in New York—plays the sprite Ariel, zooming about on skates. Claudio, the veteran, plays the old conjurer Prospero, of course. Other cast members are less experienced, but it’s an interesting show. J.H.
