As journalists, it’s strange to admit that we love a marketing strategy.

Happy hour is really no more than a ploy to get bodies into buildings during slow times. Still, we fall for it. We embrace it, even. Why argue with cheaper drinks, discounted appetizers and other ways that help us afford a fun evening out?
