The Drowsy Chaperone

Director Bob Baxter wins with Runaway Stage’s hilarious production set during Prohibition. Man In Chair (Steve Minnow) narrates the story of Robert (Troy Martin) and Janet’s (Amber Jean Moore) crazy wedding weekend. The “drowsy chaperone” (Ruth Philips) is Janet’s, and she’s very drowsy at that. Witty banter, a great live orchestra and a tuneful and funny cast make this a must-see. F, Sa 8pm; Su 2pm.
