Terrorist or warrior?

Some call Paul Watson, (ousted) co-founder of Greenpeace and founder of Sea Shepherd Conversation Society, an eco-terrorist. The wildlife defender is known for intervening on illegal whaling by, for example, ramming into other ships. You may have seen him on Whale Wars, but before he was on reality TV, Peter Heller wrote about one Sea Shepherd mission in The Whale Warriors. And, naturally, the kitchens on Watson’s ships are vegan only. He said in a recent Earth Island Journal interview: “The livestock industry is one of the greatest contributors to greenhouse gas emissions ever.
