Eric Baldwin is Barry Champlain, a talk-radio host for whom “abrasive” is not a strong enough word. Covering one evening broadcast in 1987, as Barry prepares to take his show into national syndication, we see a man both disgusted by humanity and compelled to expose it. A strong supporting cast (Wade Lucas, Gina Williams, Ernesto S. Bustos and Brandon Lancaster) provide the backup, but this is Baldwin’s show. 12/23, 29, 30, 8pm; 1/1, 6, 7, 8, 8pm.
