Tacos, every day

With a batch of Naturals Mi Abuelita Bonita tortillas on the ready, there’s no reason every day can’t be taco Tuesday. Locally made, these delicious tortillas come in a variety of flour and corn options including whole wheat and green chili. Billed as “unbreakable,” they’re pillowy soft and pliable. Load them with black beans and a sprinkling of cotija cheese for a light dinner, or fill them with a batch of scrambled eggs and hot sauce. Available at area grocers, including the Sacramento Natural Foods Co-op (2820 R Street) and Raley’s, as well as various farmers markets, for approximately $4-$7 a package.
