If you’re looking for a good time, you won’t find it here. I’d like to tell you whom John Travolta played in this film, but I’m still going over it in my head. This is a film that tries too hard to be clever and throw you off track, resulting in a distracting, annoying mess. It is yet one more in the seemingly endless stream of hacker thrillers, with Hugh Jackman playing royal king hacker and forced sidekick of evil John Travolta, very much in John Revolta mode. Apart from a good opening, the action here is pretty dull and much of the movie makes no sense. Halle Berry bares her breasts, of course, and it’s remarkable how much you probably won’t care.
