Support local growers

Did you know you can change the world simply by purchasing local organic food? Who knew? Gather with local farmers to learn about the impact food choices have on the environment, local economy, social justice and food safety. The panel discussion will be Wednesday, February 25, from 7:30 to 9:30 p.m. at 24th Street Theatre, 2791 24th Street. There also will be an organic supper from Eileen’s Kitchen and wine tasting with Berryessa Gap Vineyards from 6 to 7 p.m. Tickets are $15 general, $10 for Sacramento Natural Foods Co-op owners and $5 for children under 12.
