Sun, Feb 21, Catch Hell

The best part about rock/punk/metal five piece Catch Hell is that they still leave room for guitar solos. I guess some 20 years ago, people just got sick of wanking, but the fact that Hell’s lead guitarist takes a few bars during every song to whip out some slower, vaguely metal and bluesy shredding is a pleasant surprise. Especially during those fully stocked punk/hardcore lineups; tonight’s features Virginia’s Worn in Red, and locals Rat Damage, Officer Down, Warm Streams and (Waning). (Six bands! Geez!)
