Just as lions hunt the slowest gazelle, so should Sacramentans seek out slow food—but in the sustainable, fair, local sense. This petite festival is free to attend, but you can buy a ticket to share in food from Canon, Nixtaco, Pizza Supreme Being, Thai Basil and Binchoyaki. The free festival-tivities include lectures from V. Miller Meats, Niche Bread Co. and more, music from Pressure Lounge and a pop-up farmers market.
