Each of the entrees we sampled was top-notch, and we found ourselves lusting for ones we missed. The New Mexican braised beef omelet was a savory delight and the wild mushroom scramble offered the exotic earthiness of shitake, oyster and cremini mushrooms, with a bonus round of juicy chicken-apple sausage.
