Here's a way to see a bunch of local bands on the cheap: Head to this weekend's Torch Fest at, appropriately, Torch Club. Now in its second year, the festival kicks off Saturday at 4 p.m. with nine bands—including Delta City Ramblers, Dippin' Sauce and A.C. Myles—playing music spanning the genres of blues, Americana, folk and soul. It continues Sunday at noon with an all-day all-acoustic lineup of 12 artists, including Island of Black and White (pictured), the Lurk, and Sandra Dolores.
