Sophia’s Thai Kitchen is known for live music, but its shows only span from April to September. To keep spirit alive during cold months, Sophia’s is putting on shows at Odd Fellows Hall. The first will feature Typhoon and AgesandAges from Portland, with opener Elders, Davis’ own post-rock band. Elders’ The Coming Light shows off tightly honed instrumentation and Jessica Cooke’s effortless voice. It can reach into your chest and put your heart in a vice.
