Maybe it's the beret talking, but we can't think of a better way to spend an afternoon than donning a thin mustache and shouting “Vive la France!” into a frightened mime's face. Go down to the Handle District (L Street between 18th and 19th streets) this Sunday to join in on the festivities, which will include a waiters' race, live music, food and drinks, face painting, balloon animals, and—you guessed it—a mime.
