One of them, Richard Oppenlander, author of Comfortably Unaware (Langdon Street Press, $14.95), which is about “global depletion and food responsibility,” also appears in Cowspiracy: The Sustainability Secret, a documentary that’s being screened at Tower Theatre on August 28.
