Reservations required

“Call ahead and work with the host. Their goal and yours is the same: to get you the best experience possible in their restaurant. Let them know what’s important to you. A table with a view? Close to or far away from the bar? If making last-minute plans, flexibility is your best asset. Good restaurants will try to get you in; however, those who already have reservations take precedence, and no amount of pushing and shoving can change this.”
