Who would have thought that hardcore metal could have such an environmentally friendly message? Florida-based band Remembering Never, obviously! The group adds a new definition to “screaming for change” with its latest album, Women and Children Die First. Remembering Never rocks the hardcore style with lyrics that are extremely unique to the genre. Women and Children Die First shows that you can be loud and fierce and have a positive message at the same time. The only letdown to this album is that you can’t really understand the lyrics, so the political message is somewhat lost. Both satirical and rockin’, Women and Children Die First is a solid album nonetheless. It also has some pretty sick art, in addition to the totally headbanging sound.
