Ana Castillo reading & book signing
For some, what is personal is also political. Renowned author Ana Castillo is a visionary, a risk taker, a feminist and an advocate for amplifying the voices within Chicana (Xicanx) and Latina (Latinx) communities. Her work was once included on a banned book list in the Tucson school district, which she took as an unabashed badge of honor.
