Eddy Lepp, free after serving eight years in prison for one largest pot busts in DEA history, is getting hitched. And the cannabis legend wants to celebrate this joint affair with you. The Eddy Lepp Love Fest, half-wedding-reception and half-ganja-gala honoring pot POWs, touts cannabis-themed music, food art and vendors. It’s also the site of the first Annual Green Heart Awards. The highlight will be Jack Herer Memorial Lifetime Achievement Award, in honor of the late hemp activist.
