New infusions

It feels like you should order wine at a wine bar, but the Grand also does cocktails. Bar manager Jeremy Wuerch took them to a new level by introducing his homemade infused spirits. Among his creations: gingery whiskey, basil vodka and plum-infused whiskey. The latter stars in the Smokey Fig ($10), which also features applewood-smoked fig, cherry, two types of vermouth and bitters.
