Naturally beautiful

Sacramento photographer Josh Ochner had a rough childhood, and lost two brothers to separate tragedies—one was murdered and one died in a motorcycle accident. Photography became an outlet to work through his grief. His current solo exhibition of fine art photography at Gallery 1075 in West Sacramento shows off his landscape photos. Whatever natural setting he travels to—a colorful forest, a gloomy beach, twisted rock formations—Ochner captures with a sense of great emotion and symbolism.
