More Slaughter

Last week, Mark Your Calendar reported on the brief return of DJ Shaun Slaughter to Sacramento night life. (And if you’re reading this on May 1, head to Momo Lounge, for a Bows and Arrows fashion show at 9 p.m., DJ sets by Slaughter and Jon Droll and a live set by Hot Tub.) If you missed it, don’t worry: Slaughter’ll be back again in June to spin “a festival of crazy nights” at Empire on 6/9, Old Ironsides (Lipstick!!!) on 6/10, the Golden Bear on 6/11, the Press Club on 6/12 and the long-awaited and much lauded grand reopening of the Townhouse on 6/13. Then he’ll return to Los Angeles, where he reports being “happily settled.” Stay tuned.
