Let it snow! Let them sing!
Irving Berlin’s classic tale of warm-winter Vermont and hot show tunes comes alive in Runaway Stage Production’s White Christmas, with book by David Ives and Paul Blake and music and lyrics by Irving Berlin. The original film has become an icon of Christmas movies, and the stage version incorporates tunes from the original, such as the title song and “Gee, I Wish I Was Back in the Army,” as well as other famous works by Berlin. Bob Baxter directs the talented ensemble and charismatic leads. The cast is full of surprises, and there are plenty of great numbers—from both a singing and dancing perspective, especially the tap-dance numbers. This production is great for all ages and is a perfect holiday treat for the family.
