Kalepocalypse
Kale is stuffed with vitamins A and C and calcium. Yawn. It is also currently overproducing in my garden and disheartening to see on my dinner plate. Again. Luckily, a cooking blog I follow, www.smittenkitchen.com, published a recipe for the kale chips: Preheat oven to 300 degrees, clean and spin kale in a salad spinner, remove stems, center ribs and spread the kale on a cookie sheet. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with salt and bake 20 minutes or until seriously crisp. Sit on couch, consume obsessively, watch hours and hours of British teen drama Skins.
