William Shakespeare's cautionary tale about the futility of regicide gets a 19th-century treatment with a Queen Victoria-like Caesar in Sara Lorraine Hanson. Beautiful costumes and a wonderful opera singer are highlights; otherwise, director Luther Hanson has left us with a series of speeches, punctuated by brief bits of action.
