This amusing page, part of the BASH (Baptists Are Saving Homosexuals) section of “the perfect Christian” Betty Bowers’ parody Web site, poses a question that might be rephrased more politely as “Does the leader of the free world whistle show tunes in the shower?” BASH, ahem, researchers have seized upon the president’s frequent use of the word “fabulous” in various speeches, and many of the presidential quotes included are hyperlinked to official press releases. Trolling for chum? We think not. As the page’s introduction puts it, “When a Christian lady hears this word outside of her hair salon or florist, she instinctively reaches for the Bible tracts in her purse because she knows a nancy boy is within throwing range.”
