Nope, sweetie, if you’re as middle-aged as I am, it’s you. But it’s entirely possible to keep a good attitude about everything from hot flashes to memory lapses and occasionally even sing and dance about it. And that leads us to Menopause: The Musical, which comes to Sacramento for a one-night-only concert performance this week. It’s four women of a certain age and full of song parodies that should pump up the laughs (think “My Guy” transformed into “My Thighs”). Make it a (middle-aged) girls’ night out, and have a blast.
