Director Lori Ann Delappe-Grondin takes a traditional approach to staging Arthur Miller’s play about a World War II profiteer, his wife, son and neighbors, stressing the 20th-century realism of the play with a detailed set designed by Shawn Weinsheink. With excellent performances from Luther Hanson (the father, Joe), Claudia Wrazel (Kate, his wife), Matt Canty (his son) and Breanna Riley (the grown-up girl next door), as well as strong performances from the supporting cast, it’s easy to see why this 1947 play remains relevant.
