A Christmas Carol
There are multiple versions of A Christmas Carol on the boards this month. So what makes this production different? First, it's a different script. Second, this Woodland version features veteran Rodger MacDonald as Scrooge. Third, the Woodland Opera House itself—a lovingly restored 1890s venue—functions as a time machine. Fourth, director Robert Cooner, conductor Dan Pool, choreographer Tim Stewart and costumer Denise Miles all made good choices. F, Sa 8pm; Su, 12/13 2pm. Through 12/21. $7-$25.
