The lemongrass chicken ($4.95) is particularly tasty. Stir-fried, not greasy, and redolent with garlic, lemon grass and chiles, it had me calling to the waiter repeatedly for more Tsing Tao, which Huong Que serves over ice, in true Vietnamese style. Dinner for one:
