Here’s a little story
It’s that magic time of year when Ashley Ramsden, director of the School of Storytelling at England’s Emerson College, comes to the Sacramento area to spin a yarn for us locals. In his one-man show, Ramsden will expound on The Further Adventures of the Incomparable Hodja Nasruddin—a wise and holy Middle Eastern teacher and champion of the poor. Settle in for an imagination-boosting experience in storytelling at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday. Admission is $13 for adults and $6 for children. (The performance is recommended for children ages 9 and up.) The tale will be told at Rudolph Steiner College, 9200 Fair Oaks Boulevard in Fair Oaks. Ramsden also will conduct workshops for storytellers during the weekend. Call 961-8727 for a schedule or more information.
