LIGHT A CANDLE FOR A CHILD: In observance of National Child Abuse Prevention Month, Sacramento Court Appointed Special Advocates will stage a candlelight vigil at the Capitol. Speakers include Senator Deborah Ortiz and Mayor Fargo. There will be a musical performance by local students and a release of doves over Capitol park, 5pm
