TELL SMUD WHAT THEY’RE WORTH TO YOU: With the skyrocketing costs of electricity production, SMUD will be unable to keep their rates at the same level they’ve had for the past ten years. There are plans in the works for a rate increase and SMUD wants your input on a fair way to accommodate everyone’s budget. SMUD has planned a series of neighborhood meetings to allow the public to meet with representatives from SMUD, learn about the proposed rate hikes and give feedback, 6-9pm Th 3/22.
