Greg Bowler (left, pictured with Jamie McNiel) has a solo producer/deejay project called Glass Actor, a kind of mellower, less-weird, more-tropical take on his Acid Girls mainstay. This will be cool, though I dig Acid Girls’ aptly strange, occasionally psychedelic tracks, like the decayed highs and crunchy melody on “The Numbers Song,” complete with trippy jungle flourishes, or their cool remix of Delorean’s “Deli.” Anyway, it’s all danceable; so it will go this Friday.
