Did you see local chef William Rolle on Guy Fieri’s Food Network show Diners, Drive-ins and Dives last week? What a surprise: lots of great croque monsieur, or Rolle’s killer grilled cheese, close-ups; Fieri and Rolle goofing around, and making chicken pâté, in the kitchen; and even Rolle serenading his diners. It was a great 15 minutes of fame for Rolle, and a reminder to settle in and enjoy his excellent bistro/deli style restaurant, Café Rolle, located at 5357 H Street in East Sac.
