Four arrested in south Sacramento home invasion murders
Victims were a man and his two adult sons
Four people were arrested in connection to the home invasion that left a man and his two sons dead last week, the Sacramento County Sheriff’s Department has reported.
On the morning of April 28, a 911 call brought authorities to a residence in the 8700 block of Ardith Way in south Sacramento, a sheriff’s department release states. Inside, 56-year-old Thanh Le and his sons, Dong Le, 32, and Tien Le, 21, were found dead from gunshot wounds, the victims of a believed home invasion robbery.
The arrests began a few days later.
On May 1, authorities detained Elijah Johnson, 21, at a motel in the 2600 block of El Centro Road, and arrested him later following an interview. A day later, 18-year-old Amanda Tucker and a 17-year-old female were arrested at separate residences. On May 3, Daniel Nguyen was picked up at an apartment complex.
Johnson and Nguyen were both charged with murder, while Tucker and the other female were charged with robbery.
