Sacramento’s First Festival has become the little music festival that could. Gearing up for the fourth annual installment of First Fest scheduled for May 2018, this weekend’s “micro festival” is the kickoff event, with talent like Eugene Ugly, Worthy Goat, Sparks Across Darkness and the Philharmonik.
