Find your inner clown at Fool Space

We’ve all seen street artists sketching caricatures of passersby and thought, “Hmmm … I wonder what I’d look like exaggerated.” The Fool Space clown workshop at Bricka Bracka puts that line of questioning into action. Instructor Evan Johnson leads participants to “find their own eccentric comic character … using things that you’re already naturally doing to exaggerate them.” His purpose? After one year at the Dell’Arte International School of Physical Theater in Humboldt, followed by a stint with the Wise Fool performance troupe in India, Johnson hopes to start a performance-art troupe here in Sacramento. $5 donation.
