Portland’s pop rock meets American singer-songwriter Fernando Viciconte has seven full-lengths under his belt, this after moving from Argentina to Los Angeles and finally resting in Portland in the mid-’90s. This week, the songwriter will be heading to South by Southwest—but with a stop at Sacto’s venerable Old I on the way. Expect angsty rock.
