Jeffrey Callison
The host and producer of Capital Public Radio’s perennially popular daily-interview program, Insight. Born in Scotland, Jeffrey moved to California in 1989. He started his radio career soon after at NPR-affiliate KUSP-FM in Santa Cruz. Jeffrey joined Capital Public Radio in 1996 and served as news director for several years before being named Insight’s first host in 2004. Jeffrey also worked as a classical announcer for a couple of years on KXPR (from 1996 to 1998) and loves to attend opera and classical music concerts in both Sacramento and San Francisco. Insight airs on weekdays from 2-3 p.m. on 90.9 KXJZ.

Mark Gilmore
98 Rock host Mark Gilmore has been part of the longest-running local-music showcase in Sacramento, Local Licks, for the past eight years. He feels it is his duty to help local artists achieve their dreams and to do what he can to have Sacramento looked upon as a Mecca of music and entertainment. Local Licks airs on KRXQ 98 Rock Sunday nights at 10 p.m.
Mark S. Allen
One Mark is great, but we here at SN&R felt that the Jammies deserved something even better, so brought in CW31’s Good Day Sacramento entertainment anchor Mark S. Allen to up the “Mark” factor. Having already worked on Emmy and Ace Award winning TV programs, Mark brought his creative energy to Good Day back in 1996. His movie reviews appear in newspapers from coast to coast, he’s heard on more than 175 radio stations nationwide.
