If you saw the Lique the last time it blew through town, you were probably amazed by former Sacramento rapper Rasar and his crew’s blend of smooth, smart hip-hop, funk and jazz. And you might have been frustrated that the group only had an opening slot—then again, you were also about to be blown away by Rituals of Mine. Anyway, after four months, the Las Vegas-based band finally returns—and it won’t have to worry about the clock.
