Austin, Texas-based band Tele Novella’s forthcoming album, House of Souls, is set for release in September, and its single, “Heavy Balloon,” is a dreamy, pop-driven gem. Vocalist Natalie Gordon also happens to be a Sacramento native and former member of the garage-rock duo Agent Ribbons, while members Jason Chronis and Matt Simon bring the indie-rock influence from their time spent in Voxtrot.
